American Bashing and Deception: A Disturbing Trend and a Cause for Alarm
People Loving People Hating People - Discourse on a Toxic Culture
Nestled in a quiet corner of Australia, Caitlin Johnstone and Tim Foley disseminate a troubling blend of anti-American sentiment and prejudice, cloaked in a facade of concern for Palestinian children. Their rhetoric not only undermines meaningful dialogue but also distracts from the urgent humanitarian issues at hand. By framing their disdain in the language of compassion, they perpetuate division rather than fostering understanding.

post: Republicans Kill Civilians For Bad Guy Reasons, Democrats Kill Civilians For Nice Guy Reasons Aug 22, 2024 - Why I wrote this article and the content my article is based on.It’s important to address the complexities surrounding individuals who spread harmful narratives, especially when juxtaposed against genuine humanitarian concerns. Most of the article titles explain themselves, not needing added narrative. To expose this, I have to expose you to this content. It is not my intention to upset anyone or cause alarm. I did not choose any of these articles for any dramatic purpose. I randomly chose them from the
lists of articles.Note: This is an edit. I am changing the url’s to just the names of the articles as I do not want to give any seo weight to the linking algorithm.

From her Q&A: “Do you ever write about Australia? You seem pretty much obsessed with the United States.”: “I focus on America because it’s the head of the beast. It’s the source and summit of most of the empire’s malignancy, and because it’s where most of the military firepower and money is concentrated, its uniquely important role in imperial dynamics mean its citizenry are the most aggressively propagandized people in the world.” (Another way of saying all Americans are stupid)
It’s astonishing that people are willing to financially support Caitlin Johnston’s work, enabling the spread of such inflammatory hate. Those who challenge Johnston’s rhetoric may face backlash, as her followers respond with hostility and rage for questioning their perceptions of America as the Axis of Evil. Detractors like myself may find our messages met with vitriol, perpetuating a curated narrative that stifles genuine discourse. In this way, Johnston profits from her divisive rhetoric.
My message to: Caitlin JohnstoneYour article raises serious concerns about its accuracy and intent. It embodies a troubling trend where many writers propagate the narrative that America is evil while masking their biases behind humanitarian crises. This sensationalism is not only misleading but also harmful.
“Republicans Kill Civilians For Bad Guy Reasons” “Democrats Kill Civilians For Nice Guy Reasons”
“Republicans want to kill Muslims for evil reasons” “Democrats want to kill Muslims for nice guy reasons”
“Republicans and Democrats… will kill a million Palestinians”
You state, “Republicans want to kill Muslims for evil reasons.” Are Democrats seeking to harm Muslims for more noble reasons? Both parties, as you suggest, “will kill a million Palestinians and say they’re doing it” due to some fabricated rationale? Do you genuinely find humor in the idea of killing people? Your piece reads more like a political hatchet job than an objective analysis.
What’s particularly troubling is your invocation of both Democrats and Republicans to support your delinquent distorted narrative. I don’t recognize the portrayal you present of either party regarding their positions on Palestinians or Israel. Who are these blanket “Republicans” and “Democrats” you reference? Are you suggesting that figures like Kinzinger, Kasich, or Johnson share your views? What about Raskin, Jeffries, Whitehouse, or Warren? Can you really claim to speak for them, or do you assume that you have the qualifications to do so?
Do you think your words reflect their positions? What evidence do you have that supports your assertions? It would be enlightening to see any direct quotes or links to corroborate your claims.
You write: “But really they both want the same thing - in this case to murder people around the world with total impunity without sparking domestic unrest.” This bombastic assessment of our electorate reveals more about your journalistic approach than it does about reality.
Next, you claim, “Every possible demographic is being represented at this cringey bubblegum pop imperialism festival at the DNC… except Palestinian Americans.” This assertion is misleading. As of 2023, over 200 nationalities are represented in the U.S., with 178 countries maintaining embassies in Washington, D.C. as their primary diplomatic missions to the United States. Are we to include every single demographic, or is this just another attempt to target Democrats? I am not even sure you actually know what demographic means.
Your comment about demographics overlooks the complexity of representation. Even individuals like “Billy Bob” have their place in the demographic landscape. Are you truly suggesting that only certain groups deserve representation? Or should I say the “specific” group you are exploiting to sensationalize your content to generate revenue. If Tibetan Monks were the flavor of the day, would it be that Tibetans were not represented at the DNC?
You seem to rely on sensationalism rather than facts. When you quote, “according to the Ukrainian president,” regarding NATO, it appears you have not fact-checked your sources. The claim you reference from news.antiwar.com lacks the context present in the original New York Times article by Constant Méheut (Reporting from Kyiv, Ukraine). Your interpretation of President Volodymyr Zelensky's speech does not align with the actual content.
Furthermore, your assertion that “the U.S. is preparing to ‘fight’ a nuclear war with Russia, China, and North Korea simultaneously” is misleading. The source you linked to links to The New York Times article concerning nuclear strategy - not a declaration of intent to wage war. The emphasis is on deterrence, not aggression. More exploitation to sensationalize your content to generate revenue.
In the New York Times article, David E. Sanger formulates an opinion based on research to include a speech given by Dr. Vipin Narang, Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Space Policy. You can read the speech here U.S. Department of Defense titled "Nuclear Threats and the Role of Allies". It is just the opposite of “preparing to “fight” a nuclear war”. One could summarize it as “An extended deterrence that make our deterrent more credible and robust”. Everyone should make some time to read it.
Your list of “Claims made by Israel’s defenders over the years” lacks any citations or credible sources, raising questions about its authenticity. Are you hoping your audience won’t fact-check these statements?
I feel bad when someone has decided to make a living by exploiting humanity and manufacturing chum that corrupts their souls, twists their hopes, and diminishes their chances for the spark of normality that every human should be privileged to. — GrottNow 2024
It appears you are aiming to generate outrage with whatever sensational narrative is trending. Your content has found a home among those who thrive on divisive rhetoric. Have you considered the impact of your words on your audience?
I feel compelled to address the ethical implications of your work. The way you engage with these issues diminishes the potential for constructive dialogue and perpetuates division.
1. Are you simply fabricating claims and hoping they go unchallenged? It seems you’re more concerned with sensationalism than with truth."
2. Do you create narratives without verifying their accuracy, hoping they won’t be scrutinized? It’s alarming how easily misinformation can spread when accountability is absent.
My intention to raise awareness about the importance of critical reading and fact-checking by calling out inaccuracies, is not just critiquing but also encouraging others to think critically about the information they consume.
It's troubling to see how some people resort to crafting deceptive narratives to draw in readers. This kind of sensationalism not only undermines important issues but also positions you as a catalyst for the very harm you claim to critique—all for the sake of increasing your bottom line."
From your “About Us” page, it’s clear that monetization is your primary focus, as the first half details numerous ways for readers to financially support your work. In my 20 years of internet and marketing experience, I have never seen such an extensive array of payment options at the top of a page. The sheer length of the page requires significant scrolling just to reach the “About Us” section, which suggests that your primary concern is not about sharing your story or mission, but rather about generating revenue.
“what you read in this space is… geared toward awakening human consciousness and drawing humanity into my understanding of what a healthy world would look like. All the articles, essays, poems and notes you read here are pointed toward that agenda.”
The rest of the 819 word manifesto of delusional ramblings, ending with:
“I sincerely believe we can win this thing and I feel truly blessed to get to spend my time pouring my own small portion of humanity into serving that objective.”
“Humanity” Even in my youthful, “explorative days”, and wild escapades, I still retained the proper channels and connections to the understanding of humanity.
I could talk on about how her dystopian version or vision of a healthy world that feeds the needs of the lost and disenfranchised, but i wont, as the rest of us, feet firmly planted here on Terra Firma, already understand the complexities of human existence that exist “for real”.

ADisturbing Trend That Should Not Be Tolerated
What are your experiences with sensationalized narratives in media? How do you ensure the information you consume is credible?"
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this issue. How do you navigate the landscape of information today?
Let’s foster a discussion about the importance of media literacy. What steps can we take to hold writers accountable for their claims?
Note: The quote “An extended deterrence that make our deterrent more credible and robust” is from the Dr. Vipin Narang speech.
Note: For some reason I felt compelled to use: dystoplectic as a word in place of dystopian. Sadly, it doesn't exist, at all. But it sounded good at the time. There was actually one Google search result that showed up and it was for the WHO.org site about depression. Seems it might have been a good word for this “dystoplectic” author after all.
